Stroboscope with Rotating Whell

SKU Code: REMZ104

The stroboscopic effect is an optical phenomenon that causes moving objects to appear stationary when viewed in separate series of short (or instantaneous) samples as different from a continuous view. As an object (like a bicycle wheel) cycles very fast, the eye cannot evaluate the velocity of this motion and sees it as a blurred image. This system helps the motion of this object to be seen more easily by freezing the image with the help of the light. This can only happen if the sampling frequency of vision is equal to the frequency of motion. The rotation cycle could be adjusted with a rotating wheel and flash-stroboscope with adjustable frequency.
